the product has been reliable was easy to install and was detected, my last drive was a seagate which i had nothing but trouble . for example 20minutes to start at times, depending on its mood. so i had enough and purchased a samsung and its been a delight not one hint of trouble i suggest this product if you want a good and cheaply priced 500 gb hard drive this will not let you down

the service was fast and efficient and i can not find anything to grumble about. thats why its 5 stars.

I've had two previous external hard drives of different make which failed after a few months, so wanted to go for an internal. Samsung is quiet, fast and mirrors existing hard drive to provide extra resilience. Unfortunately Vista doesn't provide a means of formatting a new hard drive, so while it installed okay, I had to download a program to do the formatting and partitioning. All in all I'm delighted.
