Providing more than standard warranty, PrimeSupport brings the following valuable benefits: Multi-lingual helpdesk, where the fully trained team will guide you through the many features of the product and also coordinate any service requests that you may have during the contract life. • In the unlikely event of your unit failing you will be offered the choice of receiving a replacement unit or to have your own unit repaired. All shipping costs to and from your chosen location will be taken care of by Sony. • Qualified Sony engineers are responsible for maintaining the units giving you peace of mind that, whatever repair option you take, there will be no unexpected repair bills whilst your VPL-EX4 is covered by PrimeSupport.
