I was recommended this microphone by someone who (unlike me) who has a good knowledge and experience of camcorders and microphones. The microphone works well, certainly all I need as an amateur who uses it infrequently.

My only criticism were the instructions, which were rather vague and as often is the case nowadays, take no account that some purchasers have next to no knowledge about the equipment they will be using.

Just collected the mic. Fitted to the camera, went through every setting (listening through headphones and sellecting the internal control from low to normal).

Three setting, sync zoom, gun (no sync) and off (internal mic).

The improved quality is very noticable and also the focusing of the audio, which is just so right.

The direct comparison for every setting to the other is quite marked.

Looking forward to using it in my movies. Last Dime Studios!
