Changed your mind about a product? No worries, we got you covered. Unwanted items purchased from us can be returned within 14 days. Simply contact our customer services team, and they will provide you with the return instructions.
Faulty items can be returned either for a full refund or replacement within the first 30 days. Depending on the product, we will either provide a returns label for you or refund the shipping cost once it is back with us (up to a maximum of £5 per kilo).
Over the 30 days period, your are covered by our one year warranty and will be repaired or replaced. You need to ship the product back to us in such cases. If a repair or replacement is not possible or is uneconomical, a refund will be offered but a deduction may be made depending on the length of time used.
Some products qualify for direct replacement with the manufacturer. We might refer you to the manufacturer in such cases, simply because it is the quicker route. If you prefer, we can still handle the warranty process for you, but note that it may take relatively longer to resolve.
If you are unlucky and receive a faulty product, our customer services team is ready to help. Simply provide as much information as possible about the fault and they will get you started with the warranty process. We aim to resolve all warranty repairs and replacements within 2 weeks.
