I needed a floppy drive to transfer files from my old Apple Performa 6200. I originally bought an Iomega floppy drive which, despite claims to the contrary, would not work with my Imac running OS 10.4. I finally gave up on it and bought the Freecom which arrived with two free floppy discs enclosed. This worked perfectly and I was able to transfer my files with no problem.
