Simple order for a Kingston memory stick. The item arrived very fast, and at a price that was ridiculously low. What's not to like?HOWEVER (and nothing to do with Kikatek) I've just noticed I have to tick a box for Trustpilot to accept their Terms and Conditions. VERY unhappy about that cos who has the time to check T&Cs? Especially when all you're doing is helping out. I'll tick it this once but if I start to receive marketing emails from any source I'll be mightily pissed off.
I ordered the Asus MB 168+ full HD (1920x1080) 15.6 inch portable monitor. The Kikatek price was good and their delivery excellent. I'd certainly consider using the company again for a purchase of hardware.
Unfortunately I wasn't completely happy with the product, but it wasn't because of Kikatek. I was looking at specific models on amazon, amazon showed me a list of prices for the product and I choose the least in cost. When the product turned up it was the wrong model (I'm not sure if amazon just messed up a link, or if it just linked the product to the list of prices because a set amount of keywords).Anyway the product turned up early (+1), and it was properly packaged (+1). The product looked fantastic, but was missing a very key port which was a requirement for the purchase.I got hold of Kikatek and in formed them that it was the item I was actually looking for, so far they've been great and have stated that they'll send the return details within a few days (+2).So while I got the wrong item, I'd strongly recommend the Kikatek.
