In 2024, it will be 45 years since the TV broadcast of 'Mobile Suit Gundam' began. Meanwhile, Monthly Hobby Japan celebrates its 55th anniversary from its first issue. Therefore, in the next issue's feature, we will deliver content commemorating this double anniversary. We will unravel the 45-year history of Gundam from the viewpoint of Monthly Hobby Japan. Particularly, the "All Japan Ora-Zaku Championship," "Gundam Side Story Series," and "Gundam Plastic Model Supplements," which are strongly linked between the two, will evoke memories of those times through articles revisiting their history and revival model examples.
