Kotobukiya unveils the SOL Raptor Beast Mode, the latest addition to the Megami Device series, bringing fresh flair to this dynamic figure-kit lineup.

Designed by Kuroboshi Kohaku and Yanase Takayuki, this kit utilises the Machinika body crafted by Masaki Asai. Inspired by colour variation concepts from Yanase and Kuroboshi for Hobby Japan’s Girls Plamo Style Megami Device Creators LABO, it features updated colouring for the SOL Raptor body and weapons, alongside new weapon parts. A standout feature of Beast Mode is the multi-missile, designed to bypass stealth systems. The kit includes decals for markings and eyes, plus three pre-painted interchangeable face parts for varied expressions.

Versatility defines this model, allowing assembly in Armed Mode with aircraft-inspired armour or Body Mode without armour through part swaps. Multiple wing parts enhance customisation, and select armour components can be reconfigured into an owl-shaped mecha. The Machinika body’s exceptional range of motion supports natural poses, including seated positions, for dynamic displays.
