How do I earn Kikatek Points?

Why didn’t I receive Kikatek Points for my order?

Kikatek Points are credited once your order has been dispatched, for all orders shipped after our loyalty programme launched on 25th September 2025. To earn points, simply sign in to your account before placing your order—guest orders don’t qualify. Forgot to sign in? Contact our support team to see if we can help link your order to your account.

Why are some of my points pending?

Once your points are credited after your order ships, they’ll stay in a pending status for 30 days. After 30 days, your points will be ready to use for discounts on your next purchase. Check your point balance in your account and start planning your rewards!

How do I redeem my Kikatek Points?

Turn your points into savings! At checkout, you can apply your available points to discount the cost of items in your order (excluding delivery fees). Simply select the option to use your points when finalising your purchase. Not ready to redeem? No worries—your points will stay safe in your account for your next shopping trip.

Will my points expire?

Kikatek Points earned from purchases remain valid for one year from the date they are credited to your account (once your order has shipped). Points awarded through other means (e.g., promotions, referrals, or bonuses) may have different expiry periods. Always check your points statement for the specific expiry date of each batch of points. To get the most value from your points, redeem them for discounts before they expire!

What happens to my points if I return or refund my order?

If you return or refund an item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account once the return is processed. Don’t worry—points from your other orders will stay safe! Keep shopping to earn more points and enjoy future discounts. Check your point balance in your account to stay updated.

Can I exchange My Points for cash?

Kikatek Points are designed exclusively for rewarding you with discounts on our website (excluding delivery costs) and cannot be exchanged for cash or any currency. Use your points to save on your next purchase instead!

What happens if the Kikatek Points programme ends?

If we ever decide to end the Kikatek Points programme, we’ll provide a 30-day notice via email and our website, giving you plenty of time to redeem your remaining points for discounts. After the programme ends, any unused points will expire and can no longer be used.
