How do I join and start earning referral rewards?

To get started, simply click the View Dashboard button at the top of this page.

From there you can activate your referral programme in just a few seconds. Once activated, you’ll instantly receive your unique referral link – ready to share with your friends and audience to start earning Kikatek Points right away!


Can I refer customers to a specific page on the Kikatek website?

In addition to your main referral link (found in your Referral Dashboard, which directs to our homepage), you can create tracked links to any specific page.

How to do it:

  • Log in to our website (make sure you have activated your referral programme from your Referral Dashboard if you haven’t already).
  • Browse to the exact page you want to share.
  • Click the Copy Page URL button — — found near the top of most pages on our site.

This will instantly generate and copy a referral-tracked URL for that page.

You’ll know it’s working if the copied URL ends with __kes_strRef= followed by your unique referral code.

Example:

  • https://www.kikatek.com/NewArrivals?__kes_strRef=YourReferralCode

Could I get a custom referral code or URL?

Yes, it’s possible in some cases!

Your referral code and URL are normally assigned automatically by our system. However, if you have an established brand or a significant social following, we can consider a custom referral code on a case-by-case basis.

Please get in touch with our team — we’ll be happy to review your request.

Important note:

We reserve the right to reassign a referral custom code if another customer has a significantly stronger claim to the name or brand. Should this ever happen, we will always give you plenty of advance notice.


How do I leave the referral programme?

You can leave the referral programme at any time directly from your Referral Dashboard.

Please note that once deactivated:

  • No new orders placed using your referral link will be tracked
  • Any tracked referral orders that have not yet completed will no longer earn you rewards

You can reactivate your account again after just a few minutes if you change your mind.


How are referred orders tracked?

Referred orders are tracked automatically when a customer clicks one of your referral links and then completes a purchase within 3 days.

You’ll receive a friendly email notification every time a referral sale is successfully tracked.

Key points to note:

  • Repeat or subsequent orders from the same customer are not tracked automatically. They must click your referral link again before purchasing for the new order to count.
  • Referral rewards are only finalised once the order has been successfully completed and shipped. If the order is later cancelled or refunded, you will not earn any referral rewards for that order.
  • If a customer clicks through multiple referral links before placing an order, only the most recent one will be tracked.
  • Self-referrals are not allowed. Purchases made using your own referral link will not be tracked.
  • The referral programme is for genuine recommendations only. Creating multiple accounts or any other form of abuse may result in your referral account being suspended.

When are referral reward points issued?

Referral reward points are issued and ready to spend as soon as the purchased items are physically shipped.

You’ll receive a friendly email notification whenever your referral reward points are issued.

Please Note:

  • For pre-orders, the points will be issued once the items have been shipped.
  • If the referred customer chooses to hold the items in their Private Warehouse, the referral points may take longer to be issued after the sale is tracked.

Can referral reward points be retracted?

If the customer you referred returns the items and the order is refunded, the associated referral reward points will be deducted from your balance.
