When can I write a review?

You can review a product you purchased starting 3 days after the item is dispatched. The short initial waiting period helps ensure you’ve had time to receive and experience the item.

To see all the products you’re eligible to review, click the “Manage Reviews” button at the top of this page.

What happens after I submit my review?

After you submit your review, it goes through a quick moderation check before being published. This is usually done within 1 business day. Please note that non-English reviews may be translated into English for you before it is published.

Reviews may be rejected if they contain any of the following:

  • Names of other online/retail stores
  • External links
  • Information unrelated to the product being reviewed
  • Profanities or excessively aggressive language

If your review is rejected, we’ll provide you a clear explanation so you can make the necessary changes and resubmit it easily.

Can I update my review after submission?

Yes! You can edit or update your review at any time within 90 days of your original submission.

Please note that every time you update a review, it will go through our moderation process again before being republished.

What are the criteria for earning Kikatek Points for my review?

We reward detailed and unique reviews to help other collectors make better purchasing decisions.

To qualify for 20 Kikatek Points reward, your review must meet the following criteria:

  • Contain at least 50 words
  • Be written primarily in English (a small mix of non-English words is accepted)
  • Not contain repeated or padded text to reach the word requirement
  • Be original — not a copy of, or only slightly altered version of, any previous review (including those written by other customers)
  • Your star rating does not affect whether you earn points

Points are awarded once your review is approved and published. Subsequent edits to a review that has already received points will not earn additional points.
