This was my first order from Kikatek, it arrived very quickly and very well packed. Gundam aren’t that easy to get in the UK so it’s good to find a supplier I can trust. Everything was in perfect condition. Highly recommended. I will definitely order again from here.

I found Kikatek just over a year ago and I've never looked back.

Such an amazing store, their products are mostly figures and kits that have been shipped in from Japan directly so most of them are great prices and not scalped to the extreme as is common with many retailers and ebayers.

I've bought over 100 model kits from there, a few s.h figurarts and a couple statues and they're all great. The ability to pre-order is also a great feature and the private warehouse service is a godsend. If you've got multiple pre-orders due at different dates, they can be stored in your private warehouse so once they've all arrived you can combine delivery and save on money. Another great feature is that if the combination of the items present in the private warehouse is worth £120, you get free fedex delivery.

The delivery is also superb, Kikatek don't leave things to the last minute -as long as its n open day your order will be dispatched as soon as its processed so usually the next day. Then in most cases the order will arrive a day or two later. On every order there is an estimated delivery and without fail I've received my orders at least a day or two earlier.

To round off; if you're contemplating using the site, I would highly recommend it. One of my favourite online stores and definitely one of the best model kit/japanese merch sites in the uk.

Bought a gunpla model for the first time. Great service - item arrived quickly and good communication from the shop following my order. Package was carefully wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Shop had excellent selection and very competitive prices compared to other retailers. Will definitely shop with them again.

Really great customer service respond to emails really quick very helpful with delivering orders by courier on a different day for me instead of next day the care in which items are packed so as not to get damaged in transit is top notch i will definitely be using them again for gundam kits
